Digi international was founded in 1985, when the company was named digiboard. The company went public in 1989 under the name of digi international and traded on the Nasdaq market in the United States with DGII code. Digi has more than 400 employees around the world, and its headquarter is located in Minnetonka, a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
