Dialog Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a provider of integrated power management, audio and short-range wireless technologies, recently announced that the company has signed an agreement with iWatt to acquire iWatt, a leading provider of digital power management integrated circuits (IC), by paying about $310 million in cash and up to $35 million in other contingent consideration
